1. Nature of Service

AnswerNotes provides digital educational content, including notes and study materials, accessible online through a subscription-based model.

Upon successful payment, users are granted unrestricted digital access to all content for 30 days from the date of purchase.

This access is non-transferable and automatically expires after the 30-day validity period.

Users may manually renew their plan to extend access for an additional month.

 

2. One-Time Payment and Non-Renewal

All subscription payments made through Razorpay or other supported payment gateways are one-time charges valid only for the specific 30-day subscription period purchased.

AnswerNotes does not automatically renew or rebill users after plan expiry.

Users will not be charged automatically unless they manually renew by making a fresh payment.

 

3. No Returns or Cancellations

Since AnswerNotes provides instant digital access to educational materials immediately after payment, each purchase is considered final and non-returnable once successful payment has been completed.

Cancellations are not applicable to digital subscriptions already activated.

 

4. Refund Policy

No refunds shall be issued once digital access to content has been granted, in accordance with Rule 21(2) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which allows exceptions for digital goods and downloadable content.

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional case:

• The user was charged but did not receive access due to a verified technical failure on the website’s end.

Any refund request under this exception must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction at contact.answernotes@gmail.com, along with valid proof of payment.

All verified refund requests, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.

 

5. Access Validity

User access automatically expires 30 days from the date of purchase.

Users can renew their subscription at any time by purchasing a new plan.

Subscriptions do not roll over or extend into the next month under any circumstances.

Each plan expires strictly after 30 days, regardless of the user’s level of activity or usage.

Access to notes will automatically end after the 30-day validity period, even if the user logs in late, accesses the content partially, or does not access it at all.

AnswerNotes is not responsible for access expiration, user inactivity, or unused days within the validity period.

• All digital services are delivered instantly after payment.

• Continued use of the service after payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
