AnswerNotes is an online education platform providing view-only access to academic notes and study resources through a subscription-based model.

No physical goods are sold, shipped, or delivered.
No digital files (PDFs, documents, or downloadable materials) are sent, emailed, or delivered.
Users are granted webpage access to the subscribed content after successful payment.

Accordingly, traditional “shipping” and “delivery” concepts do not apply to our service.

As AnswerNotes provides instant-access digital services, shipping, replacement, or logistics rules applicable to physical goods are not relevant.

2. Access Activation (Instead of Delivery)

Upon successful payment using Razorpay or other supported payment gateways:

User access to subscribed content is activated instantly, usually within a few minutes.
Access is provided directly through the user’s registered account on the website.
The access window remains valid for 30 days from the date of successful purchase.

This activation constitutes “delivery of service” as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

3. Estimated Access Time

Access is typically granted immediately after payment, usually within a few minutes.
In rare cases of server delay or payment gateway verification lag, access may take up to 24 hours.
